We see the structure as an integral part of the architectural design and provide the structural design services required to execute our projects; from obtaining building permit to construction phase support. We have designed and executed many new and innovative methods of construction in close collaboration with our structural team. We are experienced in many structural systems such as ICF walls, steel structures and composite concrete slabs. We also offer specialized structural design services such as shoring and underpinning, and structure verification reports through our structural subconsultants.

We offer mechanical design including HVAC permits as part of our service. We integrate HVAC and duct layout early on in the design process which gives us the ability to achieve best interior design results.

We handle applications, negotiations and presentations for minor variance with a fantastic track record across the GTA

We handle planning projects and work with planning firms for more complex applications.
